 NO nightly nor weekly rentals

  • TV (Cable not available)

  • silverware

  • coffee maker

  • vacuum

  • towels - 4 sets in white

  • kitchen towels/dishcloths - 2 sets

Rates include water, and electric. The 3 and 6 month rate are a prepaid amount. Each rental unit will require a $500.00 deposit. As long as the unit is left clean with all stocked items left intact and no physical damage to the unit, the deposit will be refunded. All units nonsmoking and no pets.
